Our mission is to foster positive, productive relationships between Owners Corporations and high-performing strata management companies by alleviating the frustrations experienced by both parties.
Working in the strata industry across both client-facing and business management positions for over six years, Callum's clients often expressed that they'd felt trapped, overwhelmed, and frustrated by former strata management providers.
Immersed in the industry, Callum also recognised that many management companies were performing commendably — but finding them was difficult for committees who didn’t know where to look.
Callum launched The Strata Shepherd to help bridge this gap as a trusted, independent Strata Consultant and owners corporation management expert. His goal is to protect Owners Corporations by delivering innovative solutions that hold strata management companies accountable for their fees and service levels, as well as their contractual obligations.
